She spent 25 years at a Fortune 100 technology company, where she drove innovation, led cross-functional initiatives, built strategic partnerships, and supported organizational growth. As the President of the Harmony LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce, Deanna is committed to fostering inclusive environments where every employee feels valued, respected, and empowered.

Drawing from both her personal journey and professional experience, Deanna helps individuals and organizations navigate major life transitions by encouraging people to embrace the unique gifts they’ve been holding back. Deanna is a proud member of the National Speakers Association. Outside of her professional life, Deanna enjoys speaking at the Monti, a storytelling group in Durham, and coaching T-Ball.
